After a loan funds and closes, compliance does not end. We perform a comprehensive post-close quality control review to ensure that the file meets DRE, HUD, and VA requirements. Any issues are flagged and corrected before they can become regulatory problems. Once the QC review is complete, the full closed file is securely delivered to the broker via Dropbox or the broker’s preferred method. This service provides peace of mind that the loan has not only closed but also meets the highest standards of compliance.
